Soil Testing

Soil Test for building construction depends on properties of soil. Design of the foundation is based on soil test report. Soil test for construction is the basic step for building construction If soil was not tested correctly the whole building or structure is damaged or collapsed. So soil testing is very much importance for constructing building site.

Bhoomi Pooja

Bhoomi Pooja is a ritual performed in hounours of the Goddess bhoomi and vasthu purush. The purpose of Bhoomi Pooja is believed to eradicate the ill effects and vastu dos has in the land and pave the way for smooth construction. Bhoomi poojan is performed in the north east corner of construction site. The digging of site should begin in north east corner to ensure the corner level is always lower than the rest of construction site. It is allowing morning and constant light in the whole site.

Column Marking

Column marking is the basic step before excavation the site. Mark the four sides of the given plot. Then mark the column as per the given 2 dimensional plan / Structural drawing. Column marking is very much importance for constructing site. If some deviations will occur inside of the room area will differ. It is the back bone for building construction

Column Excavation and column Foundation

After marking the columns as per given diagram, column excavation should done by use of JCB or hitachi or by means of labours. After excavation shuttering work to done and concrete the shuttering area. After one day fill the sand in excavated area and properly watered it. On top of the land plinth beam should be properly shuttered and all steel works should be done for concreting. Brick work should be done on the top of the beam. Finally measure the height with equal to road height. Again beam work should be done. Fill it with slurry dust or sand inside of foundation. Now its ready for constructing walls.

Roof shuttering works

After constructing the walls as per the given plan. Finally shuttering sheets to be placed on the roof for steel works. Before concreting the roof PVC pipes to be placed in the roof for electrical works. The area was ready for concrete work

Roof concreting

Using 20 mm docongraded aggregates in M20 mix as per the given structural drawings. After roof concreting it must be cured for min 21 days.If instant ready mix cement is used. It must be cured for min 15 days. After that all shuttering sheet to be removed.

Partition walls

Walls to be constucted by the given plan. After that plastering works to be done on inner side 1:6:9 to 12 mm thickness, ceiling plastering work to be done on the ratio of 1:3 10 mm thickness and outside plastering work to be done on the ratio of 1:5 15 mm thickness

Flooring

Flooring works to be done by PCC below flooring plain cement concrete 1:4:8 as per the architectural specifications. High glassy 18mm/20mm granite should be used dfor all carpet area. Choice of design and colours as per he client priced of the given quoe in factories. High glassy granite should be used for all skirting area. Tile work should be done ablve the kitchen area.Good quality granite slab should be used priced of the given quotation. Anti-skid granite should be used for all bathroom and toilet area.

Electrical work

High quality fire proof wire should be used as per the given plan. High quality shock proof switches and sockets should be used as per the given plan. Our electrical engineers are well experienced in field.After completing electrical work,Our Electrical Engineer ensures the electrical work is done as per the electrical plan.

Plumbing works

Complete plumbing and sanitary work should be done as per the given plan. High quality pre pipes should ne used. As per the quotation SS fitting or pre-fittings should be used. Water tank should be fixed in terrace area. All types of plumbing works should be done and inspected by our engineers.
