Position: Project Manager (Civil & Structure)
Department: Civil & Structure Nature of Project: Educational Campus Reporting to: Director
Project Work Location: Tamilnadu

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with creating an engineering plan for land development based on their calculations and any research conducted. They should have experience with AutoCAD and be able to utilize strong design skills in order to create visual aids. By utilizing strong organizational and communication skills, this candidate will also have the ability to execute a project based on the criteria outlined.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Project manager to establish project timelines and designs
• Develop diagrams and visual aids and prepare design specifications
• Execute project, based on outlined criteria.
• Developing detailed designs.
• Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.
• Preparing and implementing project plans.
• Researching and providing estimates for projects.
• Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.
• Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.
• Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors.
• Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in handling Civil & Structure work in large size projects
• Good knowledge of design softwares like AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
